Your body requires Energy to expend. In order to gain energy.
As you train and use up ur energy. New energy must enter the vessel in order to refuel. By training u force the body to become more efficient with energy expenditure.
This is why daily training is necessary to manage energy level. If u slack on training, ur body natural response is too take in less energy.
This is because without stress upon the system. The system will natural reduce itself to a lower energy state to protect itself from energy loss.
This is why anxiety & worry is so high amongst the fats. It’s the body default way to burn energy.
So if you want to maintain a pace on reality. U need to move ser.
So basically…
Training is necessary to manage energy expenditure and to prevent energy loss.
