Y r u bulking, Ser???

The wildest training trend is this concept of bulking. Whenever I talk to young men. They tell me they’re bulking up then they will lean out.

I’m always perplex by such a idea. Why wud u make urself bigger only to lose the excess fat u gained????

Seriously that the equivalent of saying I’m going to go in major debt on credit. In an attempt to get rich later.

Now on paper this seems like a good idea. But paper isn’t reality. In reality what u are doing is putting yourself under major stress and strain in an attempt to reach a state u have not achieved and have no clue how to navigate.

Can u see how this is backwards?

What makes more sense is to stay lean while slowly accumulating muscle. That way u don’t lose functionality of ur body and don’t put uneeded stress upon ur body.

The truth of the matter is most folks that end up bulking, just remain fat and never end up getting to lean phase.

Most people u see in the gym are in a continuous bulking phase.

So be smart, stay lean, and do muscle gain the smart way.
