Where’s Your Pressure ????

“You either put pressure on yourself or the world will do it for yah. “

The biggest problem you will face with achieving the next level of fitness and in life is maintaining steady pressure for you to succeed.

The reason for the yo-yo in your diet and weight is because as soon as you escape your environment and create a better version of yourself. You’re more likely to fall back into the same situation without putting internal pressure on yourself.

In order to prevent this from occurring, you must either develop a new resolve to better yourself. Or put yourself in a new environment that requires a better version of you.

But the moral of the story.
Either harden your mind or change your enivornement or you will end up in the same situation prior.
