The fundamental principle of reality is that for every action. There is an equal and opposite reaction. If you apply this to your life. You basically learned the secret to acquiring everything you once desired.
How does this relate to fitness?
Well, the more structured your regiment. The more freedom your body is granted. Funny right?
See if you maintain a healthy balance of diet, training, & rest. You are granted the ability to do anything you desire with said body. It’s that simple….. now the hard part is doing the right thing every day. See we as humans tend to abuse freedom when it is granted to us. You have probably seen yourself do it a million times.
You work out and get in good shape. You see the results. You feel good about yourself. Then you begin to slack.
“Man I’ve been good on my diet for the last 2 weeks, I deserve a bowl of ice cream.” Then that bowl turns into 2 bowls. Then that two bowls turn into late-night beer, and that late-night beer turns into greasy fast food. Next thing you know you spent the next month eating straight bullshit.
And you are back to square 1.
The toughest part about being in shape. Is staying in shape. Without consistently challenging yourself. You are bound to fall into the same degenerate behaviors with your new-found powers.
So the next logical question is how to do you maintain peak conditions for the longevity of time.
Well, that answer is pretty simple.
Find a community that incentivizes you to keep up with the pack.
