Now before you try to punch me through your cellphone.
Let’s examine the word Fitness.

Fitness is an organism’s ability to survive and reproduce. In order to have a biologically fit body, you have to satisfy two conditions.
Now I’ll give you a pass on the reproducing aspect. ( All you gotta do is what nature programmed you to do.)
The 2nd condition is the most critical aspect of fitness.
Are you fit enough to survive the obstacles life will throw at you?
In life, conflict is inevitable. You shall be tested in every way possible. Do you have an answer for all the possible threats and dangers that God’s beautiful Earth will thrust upon you?
If you don’t have a solution let me make it simple for you.
You got two very concrete options when danger rears its ugly head.
Fight or Flee.
If you can’t Fight you better flee.
If you can’t Flee prepare to fight.
Now let me ask you? Are you fit in all the ways that a human must be to escape danger?
Can you swim, run, hike, crawl, scale, bike, row, pack, etc?
If you’re like 99% of the population. I”m guessing hell Nah.
I want to see you survive to see your kids,kids grow up to be strong and healthy.
In order to do that you need to rewire your fundamental understanding of fitness.
